ELIGIBILITY
All Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd game promotions including, but not limited to, BigBucksTrivia are open only to legal residents of TERRITORIES that permit contests of skill, who are at least 18 years of age. Visitors to the BigBucksTrivia website must register to be eligible to play and win Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd promotions. Employees, Officers and Directors of Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd, their legal representatives, and each of their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate or claim prizes in these Promotions.
By entering these Promotions, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective Officers, Directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in these Promotions, or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of prizes. You must update this information as necessary to remain eligible to win. You must also opt in to become a registered member of BigBucksTrivia, agree to co-register with Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd joint marketing advertisers (Advertisers) and agree to accept e-mail messages from Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd and its Advertisers as a condition of such membership.

IDENTIFICATION OF ENTRANTS
Each entry you submit will be automatically assigned an Entry Serial Number (ESN) in BigBucksTrivia database. If you are deemed a major prize BigBucksTrivia winner, and are notified by Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd, you must respond within thirty (30) days with your ESN and registration details, which must identically match the information included in each game file of entries in order for a prize to be awarded. In the event of a dispute, the information in the aforementioned file will govern. Entries will be deemed made by the person under whose name the entry was registered, regardless of who actually submitted the entry. Be sure to use the correct log in name and your own e-mail address.
NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS
Major prize winners will be notified by email and the registered telephone number within twenty four (24) hours to confirm details and exchange payment details.

All taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner. Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd reserves the right to withhold taxes from each winning prize as appropriate.

PUBLICATION
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies to use winners name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Each winner further grants to Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd the right to use and publish their identity and home state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this Promotion.
RELEASE
By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd, their legal representatives, any prize providers, advertisers and all sponsors and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. By entering, each participant further agrees that, in the event there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Official Contest Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, e-mails, or announcements relevant to this Promotion, these Official Contest Rules will govern.
DISQUALIFICATION
Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd, contracted service providers and any affiliated companies, promotional and advertising agencies, advertisers and / or prize providers, are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or Computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, lost e-mail entries, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above reasons, Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate players eligibility to participate in this Promotion. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd which, in the sole opinion of Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Intelligent Entertainment Pty Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate this Promotion or any part of the Promotion, or to roll all entries into the next contest period, or any combination of the above.
